We renovate, maintain and improve mainly multi-storey residential buildings in the greater Vienna/Lower Austria area.
Our order volumes are generally in project sizes that are too large for small companies and too small for large corporations, regardless of whether we carry out master builder work or act as a general or total contractor.
All of our customers are well-known real estate operators and managers who place great value on maintaining and improving their properties in the interests of their customers and are also convinced that maintenance and improvement take precedence over demolition and renovation.

We are not only a master builder company but also have a scaffolder master (trained in Germany) in our ranks, who takes care of everything from planning, transport logistics and material selection to scaffolding approval.
We supplement our service portfolio with lifts and material hoists to relieve our own employees and other contractors of loads.
- Special scaffolding
We are increasingly receiving orders for special scaffolding work, which is a particular challenge:
- whether self-supporting scaffolding is required at lofty heights because the necessary support surfaces are not available
- whether self-supporting in large buildings where only the shell remains and a self-supporting scaffold is required on the top floor without continuous ceilings below for roof assembly
- whether cantilevered working platforms created on load carriers previously installed by us are to be constructed for roof work
